Work in a busy public library children’s room under direction of Head of Children’s Services. Duties include materials selection, programming, reference and readers’ advisory. Must be able to work effectively with both children and adults.

A Masters in Library Science is required. Training or experience in children’s literature and in children’s developmental needs required. Experience with programs for babies and toddlers highly desirable.

Twenty hours per week, requires one evening a week and Saturday a month.  Salary range $20.26 - 23.55 per hour, depending on experience, with full town benefits package.
